Mon & Wed 6-7 PM

Sparring 7-7:30​

Adult Classes:

Tue 6-8:30PM

Thu 7-9 PM ​

HP Training Wed 7-9

Open Gym*:

Monday 7-9PM

Saturdays we are not competing 7-9PM

*Open Gym's will be run by competitors on the second and fourth week of every month, first and third week of every month will be run by a coach.
