Refund Policy
At Lloydminster Boxing Club, we strive to provide our members with the best training experience. Please review our refund policy carefully before purchasing a membership.

1. No Refunds on Memberships
All membership fees are non-refundable. Once a membership is purchased, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to changes in personal circumstances, relocation, or inability to attend classes.

2. Membership Pause Policy
We understand that life circumstances may require you to take a temporary break from training. As a courtesy to our members, we offer the option to pause your membership under the following conditions:

Eligibility:

Members may pause their membership for up to two months per pause request.

Members can activate a membership pause twice per calendar year.

The minimum pause duration is two weeks

How to Request a Pause:
To request a membership pause, please contact us via email at info@lloydminsterboxingclub.com or speak directly with one of our staff members.

Pause Activation:

Pause requests must be submitted at least seven (7) days in advance of the intended start date.

The pause period will begin on the first day of the next billing cycle.

Resuming Membership:

Your membership will automatically resume after the pause period ends unless you notify us of any changes.

Members are responsible for ensuring their account information is up to date to avoid any disruptions.

3. Special Circumstances
In the event of medical emergencies or other exceptional situations, please contact us directly to discuss potential accommodations. Proof of the situation may be required.
